As we prepare for an exciting new era of expansion, we have identified a number of opportunities within our existing store in Johnson's Court and newly opened collection of boutiques on Chatham St (Cartier, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Breitling, TAG Heuer, Tudor and Hublot). We have also recently opened a new Montblanc boutique in Dublin, which has created a number of new roles within an established Irish business that has become a luxury retail destination.


We are looking for ambitious, team-focused and hardworking individuals who aspire to work within the luxury retail industry. Your Impact:

Deliver a personalised luxury experience for every customer - welcoming, advising, styling, and closing with confidence and care.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a refined, consultative selling approach.

Maintain impeccable boutique standards: presentation, visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and overall store environment.

Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships through networking, clienteling, after-sales follow-up, and consistent VIP-level service.

Attend brand events, seasonal launches, and training sessions; represent the boutique as a trusted brand ambassador.

Ensure accurate management of stock.

Proactively network within luxury, fashion, and lifestyle communities -identifying opportunities to grow the client base.

 

About You: 

2-3+ years’ luxury retail experience or a strong desire to learn and grow within the luxury retail environment.

 

Demonstrated sales excellence with clear evidence of delivering and exceeding targets.

 

Strong ability to build rapport and cultivate long-term relationships.

 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently within a fast-paced luxury environment.

 

Confident with clienteling tools, CRM systems, and premium-level product knowledge.

 

Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
