Delivery and Returns Policy

WHY WE MAY CANCEL AN ORDER

If we have to cancel an order and you have made any payment in advance for goods that have not been delivered to you, we will refund these amounts to you (unless we reasonably suspect a fraudulent card payment).

We may also have to cancel an order before the product is delivered, for example, due to an event outside our control or the unavailability of stock. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

All delivery times mentioned are subject to stock availability, where there might be an extension, or even if delivery will be within a few days we’ll be in contact with you, most likely to be by email to let you know.

Please Note: All delivery times mentioned are subject to stock availability. If your item has to be ordered direct from suppliers we will contact you to discuss and advise.

 

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order.

If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you.

If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/debit card for such re-delivery.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASES?

At Paul Sheeran Jewellers we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to replace items.

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase we can credit you or you may exchange your items within 28 days of purchase, if in original condition. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.

Please post the items to Paul Sheeran Jewellers, 7-8 Johnsons Court, Dublin 2. Shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting when shipping items.

Please download our exchange form here, complete and add it to your parcel.

For hygiene purposes we cannot exchange earrings.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you are not in love with your purchase and wish to cancel your order, please call us on 01. 635.11.36 or email us at info@paulsheeranjewellers.ie quoting the order purchase number.

 

IS DELIVERY COST INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT PRICE?

The price of the products excludes delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due and shown in the order summary page.

 

WHEN WOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR IMPORT DUTY?

If you order products from our site for delivery outside Ireland, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.  You will be responsible ensuring that the product is not the subject of a trade embargo of the country to which it is shipped and for payment of any such import duties and taxes.  Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their

amount.

 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Please contact us in the event that you are in a country which is not listed as we may still be willing to deliver, at our discretion.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

Once you place an order we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
